My story (vacation) began when I met my family on December 22^nd, in Orlando, Florida, after 3 months without seeing them, as I was living in Canada since September, to improve my English.

             I asked for my birthday, which is on Dec. 28^th, to go to Las Vegas. So, as promised, we went to Las Vegas on Dec 27^th. For my birthday, we saw “O” from Cirque Du Soleil. It’s A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!

             My greatest day was on January 1^st when my family (papa, sister and papa’s wife) and I went to see Celine ‘s show New Day. Man, it was amazing!!! The show is completely different from the one I saw last April.. We were at ORCH 4 (Center) row HH 401,402,403,404.

             I was very excited about the show. I was wearing a black T-shirt with a  silver picture of Celine on it, that I bought at her store. In addition, I was holding a heart (Ties of Love) which was made by a Portuguese friend called Alexandra Pereira. I kept showing the heart in order to get Celine’s attention; however,  I guess I had no success. Well, I think she saw it, really. But a lady from the Coliseum asked me not to hold it so high. Poor me! Heheh Anyway, I was so happy and “crazy” that I screamed “Bravo” so loud at the end of the Italian song. According to my little sister, I did that so loud that my voice was the only thing that could be heard there!!! Lol Shame on me!!! Lol hehe J/K I should know better!!! lol

             The most beautiful moment on the show was when she sang “My heart will go on”. The audience was standing up and the whole ovation lasted for at least 3-5 minutes!!! She was very touched by it. I also liked a lot  Je t’aime Encore performance. Everything was great!!! The costumes are different now from the ones in the past year.

                 Due to my mistake, I had to stay in Vegas for one more day by myself. I didn’t know what to do, so I decided to see Celine’s show again. However, I had no ticket. I arrived at the Colosseum at 4:30 PM and there was already 12 people in the line. Detail: The stand by line starts only at 7 PM!

             I had to wait for a long time and I got worried after a few hours later because it was almost 8 o’clock PM and I still had no ticket. Finally, my turn arrived and a lady asked me what kind of ticket I wanted to. I told her that I wanted the best seat available in the house. She told me that she had some at the center ORCH 4 but at 7^th row or something like that, I guess it was further than that. Anyway, and she told me she had a front row ticket! Man, I couldn’t believe in it!!! I bought this ticket and I guess it was reserved for me!!! Heheh I was shaking, so nervous!!!! Never could I ever imagine that  I would be able to see Celine so close!!!!

             I went toward my seat. Then, the light turned off and my heart started beating faster … and finally, there she was… so close, right in front of me. I was in heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Man, I was so nervous and I was also very sensitive at that day, because I had to say “see you soon” to my family. I still had a few months in Canada. Once again, I loved Je t’aime encore performance. She introduced the song differently from the other day. She said something about loving someone desperately. . 

She had to take a long breath before start to sing the song. I don’t know why she was very emotional.  In addition, “My heart will go on” was beautiful too! She ever had to ask to the audience to sit down again!!! When she sang “What a wonderful world” I guess she wanted to thank us for this beautiful moment, a big ovation, so at the end of the song she sang: “What a wonderful audience!”, instead of “What a wonderful world”
