- Stars of the Eurovision Song Contest from the show's 50-year history are to compete against each other to celebrate the contest's anniversary.  Viewers will choose 14 past songs to be performed by the original artists or others in the spirit of the originals, and vote as usual to pick the all-time best Eurovision song during the show in Denmark in October. Our Céline got the prize in 1988 with 'Ne Partez pas sans moi' (Don't leave without me).

- In 1993 Céline recorded with Mario Pelchat a very nice duet called Plus haut que moi. This duet can be found in 2 albums (as far as I know), 'Mario Pelchat' from 1993 and 'Incontournables', from 1998.

January 17th 2005 - In 2000, even during her break, Céline recorded an Inedit Duet to bless us. Garou and Céline made a magical song Called "Sous Le Vent", it means "under the wind". I received quite a few messages requesting this song. So here it is, in our Multimedia Section!

- Clubceline.nl is going to make a fan book for Céline, and will give it to her on march 25. If you also want to be part of it, send a message for Céline to Robin@clubceline.nl. You can also send them a picture of your own!

- BBC Radio 1 is asking their listeners "Which is the Greatest No.1 Single?"
The poll regards the singles that reached #1 in the UK. "Think Twce" and "My Heart Will Go On" are Celine's #1s.

January 12th 2005 - As announced, Céline Dion.Com confirms that tomorrow CBC will broadcast a benefit concert for the victims of the Tsunami in South Asia. Celine will take part with a performance of "In Some Small Way". The 3-hour show will start at 7 p.m. and money raised during the program will go to major world humanitarian organizations. January 10th 2005 - In 2001, Carole King released her album 'Love makes the world' and Céline made another thrilling special performance, being her guest on the song "The Reason". The version is very nice and amazing, specially because Céline goes very loud in some parts of the song (which is performed by Carole). The reason is one of the most touching songs on Let's talk about Love album, from 1997. One of the greatest of our Céline's Career.

- On January 12th The Oxygen Network will air the Oprah Show with Céline. The French television station TF1 will broadcast « Les 100 plus grands débuts de stars » (The 100 Greatest Celebrity Debuts) on Friday, January 14 at 8:50 p.m. and on Star Closeup on Monday, January 10 at 11:30 p.m.(ET) and on Tuesday, January 11 at 3:30 a.m.(ET), Celine will talk about her career and the loves of her life. Besides a february announcement we heard last month, now, on this dutch Site we can see it might be released on January 31st. - Got this on the mailing list (Regarding the Telethon for The Tsunami on Asia): Larry Kline had a brief news stint on MSNBC and he named many big names. And yes, the call to Whitney Houston has been placed for the Jan.15 concert but she has yet to confirm her participation. He specifically mentioned Whitney along with CELINE DION Barbara Streisand, Diana Ross, Lenny Kravitz and Kathleen Battle.

January 4th 2005 - In 1996 many artists (includding our Céline and David Foster) were part of an album released to raise funds to the Pediatric AIDS Foundation. I don't know why the song "Love lights the world" kept playing inside my brain the whole day today. I have decided to share it with you (those whom never heard yet). It's a great song. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

Hello my dearest friends! First of all, please, accept my excuses for not coming here in the past few days. As you might have noticed, since December our website went down many times over the days, sometimes, for a few minutes, other, for hours, and for 2 or 3 times, for a whole day long. I believe that when you spend part of your salary for something you consider Special, as Céline Dion herself and all of you are to me, you should get a good service back. After complaining for something I do consider my Right, read what I got back:

"Stop being paranoiac, your Web site isn't playing an important role in the world business you know.  The economy won't go down because your Web site is!  No, the CIA isn't behind that, nor is the Interpol. A Web site down is upsetting, but it's NOT a matter of international security.  That won't make the world stop spinning you know, nor would it cause tsunamis killing 200,000 people."

And I never said anything about it, I just complained about the such horrible services we were getting. And after saying I was a client, and I should get back the service compatible to its price and on-time payments, see what I got back: "Ok, that's it... find yourself another host... your account will be
terminated on Feb 1st on my server... so you won't have any more reason to complain about the service you have with me" . . .  "A Web site is a Web site...  and I'm sick and tired of you going through an existential crisis every time it's down."

I don't think I should answer this stupid guy. I will not open here who he is, but I don't think I need. I host my website with a very known ex-Céline Dion Fan. I believe that, by these words written here above, I don't need to say anything, because every fan from 1996 era, SURELY knows who this frustrated (in all life parts) guy is. A webmaster who thought he was the King of the World, always treated the fans like a stupid and still, thought that the BEST SINGER in THIS WORLD and her husband should have knocked on his door and say, "Come on , you are the BEST fan in this world and you should come to see us in Las Vegas for free" . . .  "Hey Mr, without you, Céline Dion would never be the star she is" - René's supposed to be words. lol

I can only laught about this situation! Hey my friends, I need a precious helping hand. You know how important this website is to me, I always make sure to freeze it, and now, I am looking for a good hoster. I can't simply switch to a new place, but need to make sure this new one is reliable.
