December 8th 2003 - Céline autographed some items to be auctioned off for one of Australia's biggest charitable events, the Las Vegas Classic Golf Ball to raise funds for cystic fibrosis. This fundraising event will be held on December 8 to 14.

As well, the Las Vegas Classic World Cup will culminate with the pre-World Finals playoff to be held on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. The winners from London, South Africa, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Manila and Australia will all come together at Caesars Palace to compete in the first corporate Ryder Cup World Tournament at the World Finals and the highlight of the tournament will be the experience of seeing Céline perform in A New Day... live at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

December 2nd 2003 - Good Morning Everyone. Well, It's still not a good day for the Dion Family and the Dion Followers, but all I would like to ask everyone here and there, to pray, just do it, and Mr. Dion's Soul will be touching the heavens with Peace and Love. I don't want to talk about it for so long because it hurts. Everything on Céline's life can touch me really down deep and I believe this is just the same feelings all the fans have right now.
So Strength! Keep Strong and we will go thru it. Céline, Nous sommes avec toi, toujours!

- Céline left Las Vegas to Montréal. Yesterday night, she performed in Vegas and dedicated the concert to her dad. She said:
"My dad was and still is my number one Fan... since I was a very little girl. I know that my dad would have wanted me to be here tonight, on stage with everyone I love doing what we love. I will give everything I have, and I would like to dedicate this show to him."

Those who wish to pay their last respects to Mr. Dion and offer their condolences to his family can do so at the Alfred Dallaire funeral home on St-Martin Blvd in Laval on Wednesday between 5 :00 p.m. and 7 :00 p.m.

A private funeral will be held on Thursday, December 4.
