August 25th 2004 - For Canadians, Artistours is offering a new travel package to see Céline in Las Vegas.  The program airs at 7pm & 11pm ET Monday - Thursday and 7pm ET Friday

- Céline will appear on the 39th edition of the famous Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon. The event is a 21-hour show that informs the public about the Muscular Dystrophy Association and raises money to fight the disease. The show will be aired on Sunday, September 5 and Monday, September 6 on CBS and a large network of local stations.

August 21st 2004 - Hi! "Bewitched,Bothered and Bewildered.", previously released on Monalisa Smile's soundtrack, will be part of "Society of Singers Presents: Great Voices/Great Songs".
The CD is a 20-song collection that Sharell produced with Shawn Amos. It features performances by Fitzgerald("Miss Otis Regrets"), Sinatra ("Sweet Lorraine"),Rosemary Clooney ("Thanks for the Memory") and Mel Tormé ("Blue Moon"). It has also songs by Aretha Franklin("God Bless the Child"),Etta James (" Stormy Weather") and a duet by Bennett and k.d .Lang ("What a Wonderful World"). The disc features performances by relatively newer artists--including Diana Krall("Gee Baby Ain't I Good to You"), Peter Cincotti ("Ain't Misbehavin' ")and Jane Monhelt ("If"), Celine Dion -- who will be the 13th recipient of the award at ceremonies in Las Vegas in October.

August 18th 2004 - Today is Michel Dion's Birthday. He is one of my favourite Céline's brothers! Happy Birthday!!!!!

August 17th 2004 - Hey, you might found weird the few words written on the main page of this website in a language you can't understand. What happened is that MTV listed 10 celebrities, but the rank wasn't for best "something", but for the ugliest ones! And Céline got position #9! They also offended her in many different ways. I have sent a bunch emails to their directors and also put that message. And asked every brazilian to do the same. While those envious presenters are saying this and that about her here in Brazil, Las Vegas seems to be a place of honour for Céline... While her show, A New Day...., is acclaimed and sold out every night, Céline will receive an award at this year's World Music Awards. The show will be broadcast live from The Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas for the first time on September 15, 2004. The Awards are handed to the artists who sold the most albums at the international level. So, i don't agree with those guys, Céline is the most beautiful woman ever on this Earth and has the BEST VOICE ever on the Universe!

August 11th 2004 - That's our Céline! According to Applaud, a Canadian magazine, Canada's top 10 acts have sold around 359 million units in the last decade, and only Céline sold 150 million of them. Shania Twain is the second best seller with 70 million.
